prepare these easy 6 recipes , then you will have enough time to enjoy!

summer, you probably have all the ingredients to prepare this right now,
Ingredients,
Two – 6ounce cans white meat tuna packed in
water.
Freshly squeezed lemon juice.
2 tablespoons mayonnaise .
Freshly ground black pepper.
¼ cup sweet corn
1/3 cup sliced white onion.
1/3 cup sliced green pepper .
½ a lettuce shredded.
Preparation ,
In a small bowl , mix mayonnaise, lemon
juice and black pepper together
In a small jars make layers of lettuce , onion
, corn, peppers and tuna pieces.
Finally pour 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise mixture
to each jar and keep them cool .
Yield : 4 servings
2 – simple chicken tortilla wraps ,
This simply the fastest lunch you can prepare, for this
recipe you need ,
ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced.
2 tablespoons ketchup .
1 tablespoon mustard .
4 tablespoons lemon freshly squeezed lemon juice.
½ teaspoon thyme.
½ teaspoon salt .
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper.
¼ teaspoon paprika .
2 tablespoons oil.
1 small red and one yellow pepper deseeded and thickly sliced .
1 small white onion peeled and cut into wedges .
8 tortillas .
Preparation
Marinate chicken breasts with salt , pepper , ketchup ,
mustard , lemon juice, thyme, paprika .
Heat the oil in a large non stick
frying pan .
Toss the chicken and stir fry for
6-8 minutes until lightly browned . tip chicken onto a plate and set aside.
In the same pan add peppers and
onion and stir fry until softened then return chicken to the pan and cook with
the vegetables for 2 minutes and finally you are ready to roll up tortillas!
Yield : 8 servings
3 – chicken and cream cheese spread .
Ingredients ;
1 cup cook shredded chicken.
100 grams Philadelphia cream cheese.
½ teaspoon finely minced chili.
¼-teaspoon paprika.
Fried tortilla triangles.
Preparation
In small bowl mix all ingredients together and keep it cool.
Serve with fried tortilla triangles or salted biscuits.
4- Avocado and beet appetizers
This is just a healthy and tasty snack you could eat!
Ingredients
For avocado puree
1 medium avocado .
1 lime juice.
1 teaspoons fresh mint.
1-tablespoon cream cheese.
Salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients in the food processor.
For beet puree
2 medium grilled peeled beet.
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 finely minced garlic .
¼ teaspoon salt.
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in
food processor then serve with roasted bread sticks and hazelnuts .
5 –individual no bake
cheesecakes
these individual no bake cheesecakes are really quick and easy to make and how cute they look in these mini cups
ingredients
100 grams crackers crumbled
with tablespoon of unsalted butter
250 grams cream cheese
150 grams condensed milk.
1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin solved in 2 tablespoons hot
water .
½ teaspoon vanilla.
Raspberry for topping
In small bowl mix cream cheese, vanilla, condensed milk, gelatin
mixture .
Pour mixture on the base of cheese cake.
Keep it cool for 2 hours and top them with raspberry .
Stuffed French toast
Ingredients
2 eggs
½ cup milk.
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp vanilla
Filling
5 tbsp nutella
8 slices French bread
Preparation
In a shallow bowl whisk the eggs and milk together .
Spread two slices of the bread with the nutella about 1 and half
tablespoon ,place the other slices of bread on top and press them together
Carefully dip both sides of each sandwich into the egg
mixture until well coated
In a large skillet , melt the butter add he French toast
sandwiches and cook until golden about 4 minutes for each side .
Transfer to the plate and dust with powdered sugar .
